MUAY THAI - Fitness All students will be asked to perform the strength training test at the end of each grading. They should aim at Level C from 2nd Khan, completing the full set of eight exercises in under 4 minutes.
They will then be required to move on to Level B for 3rd to 6th Khan, and finally, to Level A from 7th Khan onwards.
Completion times for Levels A and B should be around 4½ minutes.

This test is designed to give an overall picture of endurance, stamina, strength, and recovery rate. As students progress through the ranks, they should refer back to the previous strength test to give an indication of their improvement
